Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest is now available in Richmond, Va., via its laundromat partner, SuperSuds. The Richmond-based facility is also serving Chester, Chesterfield, Henrico and Midlothian.
Earlier this year, HappyNest expanded into Prince William County, Va., via SuperSuds in Woodbridge.
SuperSuds operates 23 locations from Lancaster, Pa., to Richmond – and also serves HappyNest customers in Montgomery County, Md.
“We’ve been in the laundry business for 25 years,” said Jennie Jimenez-Brydie, manager of three HappyNest locations in Virginia and Maryland. “We were looking to diversify the business, and we thought about the pickup and drop-off service. HappyNest allows me to focus on my laundromats, as well as the freedom to run my business without it being overwhelming. And there are very little to no startup costs.”
“We are thrilled that SuperSuds is adding more locations to provide next-day pickup-and-delivery laundry services via HappyNest, this time in Chesterfield and Richmond City Counties,” said John MacKrell, CEO and founder of HappyNest. “This is proof that they are having great success with HappyNest’s business model for pickup and delivery. We look forward to continuing to support them as they grow.”
HappyNest is available in many areas in Virginia, including Arlington, Fairfax, Manassas, Quantico and Fredericksburg, among others. In August, HappyNest announced availability in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Chesapeake.
