This marks the second acquisition for CLEC.” CLEC has been in a steady state of growth over the last few years, as we continue to expand our footprint in the Gulf region,” said Craig Dakauskas, owner of CLEC. “Delta has a history of great service under Gary Woody’s leadership, and we are proud to add them to our organization, which values the same excellence in customer service.” Delta Laundry Equipment distributes Speed Queen coin laundry equipment throughout the state of Mississippi. It also operates a route business. The company maintains an office, warehouse and parts operation at its Mississippi headquarters.” With CLEC already having a presence in Mississippi, and recently gaining UniMac distribution in the state, Delta was a great fit for us,” Dakauskas explained. “We are excited to continue to grow our business in this area and pleased that Gary will stay on and share his talents as a regional sales manager for our organization.” Plans call for maintaining an office in Greenwood, while centralizing some of the business’ activities to Gulf Breeze.This is the second acquisition for CLEC in seven years, as the distributorship also purchased Ebner Equipment, located in Lafayette, La.Established in 1982, CLEC boasts a staff of more than 25 employees, as well as expansive equipment and parts inventories.
