During March and April, Continental Girbau West will hold several vended and on-premise laundry service schools at its headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. These service schools are free.

The schedule is:

• March 21 (9 a.m. to noon): The EH020 Service School will focus on the 20-pound-capacity Continental ExpressWash/E-Series washer. Open to both vended and on-premise laundry technicians, managers and owners, the workshop will cover machine installation, diagnostics, programming and preventative maintenance.

• March 25 (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.): The Vended Laundry Service School will target Continental vended laundry washers and dryers. Open to vended laundry technicians, owners, managers and attendants, the class will cover equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, programming, schematics and more. Lunch will be provided.

• April 18 (9 a.m. to noon): The L-Series Washer Service School will provide an overview of Continental L-Series washers. Technicians, owners and managers of vended and on-premise laundries are welcome to attend. The school will include information on diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, schematics, installation and programming, among other topics.

• April 22 (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.): The OPL Service School is open to laundry technicians from commercial and industrial laundries, as well as nursing homes, hotels, dairies, salons, fire departments and veterinary clinics. This workshop will showcase Continental washer-extractors, dryers and ironing systems for on-premise laundries. It will cover information regarding schematics, installation, programming maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics. Lunch will be provided.
