As laundromats begin to return to pre-COVID operations and start to increase business, the Coin Laundry Association has been hearing from a number of store owners who are experiencing issues with finding and retaining employees to operate at maximum capacity.
As a result, the CLA recently sent out a short survey to the industry in an effort to better understand the current worker shortage, as well as to discover how the association can best provide support and resources to those operators being impacted.
