Cost-Less Parts has unveiled a new website – CostlessParts.com – designed to help store owners quickly order commercial laundry equipment parts and accessories, as well as the company’s growing list of machine-specific parts manuals for free download.The new site offers ease of navigation, an enhanced search tool, the ability to create and save custom shopping lists, and the opportunity to place and save recurring orders. In addition, the site supports multi-user and multi-location customers and generates purchasing reports by location.The website is a one-stop shop for ordering parts manuals, carts, change machines and other accessories, along with replacement parts for more than 35 commercial laundry product brands, according to Manager Ray Cosgrove. CLP specializes in providing replacement parts supplied by original manufacturers, including Alliance Laundry Systems, Continental Girbau, ADC, Milnor, Wascomat, IPSO and Dexter Laundry.The new site’s advanced search feature allows customers to enter a part number or description for quick results.“We also are developing a categorized menu system by manufacturer that will give customers a greater array of tools to simplify locating specific items,” Cosgrove explained.Typically, customers receive their orders in two to five days.
