Huebsch recognized six of its distributors for excellence at the 2019 Clean Show in New Orleans. Those recipients are:

As Michigan’s largest and oldest (established in 1920) laundry equipment distributor, Universal Laundry Machinery invested in its distributorship by purchasing a store and piloting and showcasing Huebsch Command smart technology, which gives laundry owners advanced performance data, monitoring and adjustment capabilities and more, according to Kathryn Rowen, North American sales manager for Huebsch.

Universal also participated in a marketing video promoting the manufacturer’s technology and worked with the Huebsch team to improve its tech offerings during a pilot program.

National Laundry Equipment, in business more than 50 years, has put its efforts toward growing the company by making necessary investments.

“J.D. Dixon is well-deserving of an Emerging Star Award,” Rowen said. “He’s a perfect example of someone who has a small company and who is taking the necessary steps to provide complete and optimal support of his customer base.”

The company previously earned Huebsch’s Award for Excellence in recognition of its 2010 performance in the sales, promotion and support of the full line of Huebsch commercial laundry products.

ACE Commercial Laundry Equipment is a third-generation family-owned company that services southern California. Starting out in nothing larger than a storage bin about 20 years ago, ACE has always focused on taking care of its customers by offering quality products and good customer service, gaining it a reputation for conducting fair business dealings, Rowen noted.

Huebsch previously named ACE its 2015 Distributor of the Year for outstanding sales achievement and customer service.

HK Laundry Equipment, which also was named the 2013 Huebsch Distributor of the Year, has served the New York and Connecticut markets since 1967 with vended and on-premises laundry equipment. HK works hard to educate its customers so that they are better informed.

“They educate their customers to operate the best laundromats possible,” Rowen explained. “And their customers recognize the most efficient and durable commercial laundry equipment that is available.”

For more than 40 years, Aaxon – which serves parts of Florida – has been providing customers with the latest in energy-efficient laundry equipment, strategic sales support, flexible financing and reliable service.

Laundry Systems of the Carolinas has an innate knowledge of its market, existing laundries and store owners, Rowen stated, and is continually canvassing and its territories for new opportunities.

Since 1970, Laundry Systems has been serving South Carolina and North Carolina. And, in 2000, the distributor expanded sales and service to Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia. It is the exclusive distributor for Huebsch vended laundry and OPL washers and dryers in all five states.

Huebsch previously honored Laundry Systems of the Carolinas for its 2016 top sales improvement over the prior year in its region.

Rowen recognized all the award-winning distributors as leaders in the industry. “Their service continues to build on a tradition of excellent sales results and outstanding customer service,” she said.
