Commercial laundry equipment distributor PWS recently added four new members to its laundry services team, which boasts more than 250 years of industry experience. The new staffers will enable PWS to provide its customers with more localized and personal service from experts who understand commercial laundry, according to the company.

The new team members are Carolyne (Johnson) Smigelski, Steve Nunes, Gabriel Gonzalez and Terrence Lewis.

Smigelski is an industry veteran who comes to PWS after decades of owning ALJ Electronics. ALJ was a leader in commercial laundry equipment sales and refurbishing electronic circuit boards.

For the last 10 years, Nunes has been an integral part of running Nunes Appliances. He has significant experience in laundromats, on-premises laundry and multi-family sales. He will serve the area from San Jose to the central coast of California.

Gonzalez brings years of experience in both the real estate and laundry markets. He owns a laundromat in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles and will provide sales and consulting services in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding area.

Lewis has a background in marketing and is a long-time laundromat owner who will be consulting with store operators in San Diego. The San Diego team is led by long-time PWS team member Ana Figueroa. Under Figueroa’s leadership, the company has seen tremendous growth in this market.

Founded in 1968, PWS maintains offices in South Gate (Los Angeles), South San Francisco and San Diego, with representation in Nevada.
