These events will provide vended laundry owners and operators an opportunity to learn “expert tips and tricks of the trade” on how to get optimal performance from their laundry equipment. The training, which will be conducted by Dexter Laundry representatives, also will focus on best practices for maintaining equipment for maximum efficiency.These in-depth workshops will provide training on the full line of Dexter Laundry equipment, including the C-Series card- or coin-operated laundry machines, which feature smart technology and utilize the DexterLive app. Attendees will learn how to remotely manage and troubleshoot the equipment in their stores, along with other tips to help ease daily management.By learning how to maximize machine performance and improve customer experience, these WSD seminars are designed to help operators identify multiple opportunities to increase revenue and decrease utility and other costs, thus improving their stores’ bottom lines.In addition, this training presents an opportunity to network not only with Dexter Laundry experts, but also with fellow store owners to share solutions to common problems.The seminars will be held at the following dates, times and locations – each featuring a complimentary lunch:September 19 (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
