The deal is expected to close in March.<\/p>\n<p>PWS opened in 1968 and maintains offices in Los Angeles, South San Francisco and San Diego.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlliance and PWS have a strong working relationship that spans more than 50 years, and we are delighted to have them join the Alliance team,\u201d said Rick Pyle, president and chief commercial officer of Alliance Laundry Systems. \u201cWe believe strongly in the California market and are excited about the opportunities for us and for all of our current distribution partners.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>PWS\u2019 route business has been specifically excluded from the purchase agreement and will be sold separately to unaffiliated, third-party buyers.
