Organizations provided data and were measured in three key areas: (1) best practices in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of those from underrepresented groups \u2013 women, racial\/ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ people; (2) inclusive corporate culture, including leadership accountability; and (3) demographic diversity for women and racial\/ethnic minorities.<\/p>\n \u201cInclusion and diversity is one of Whirlpool\u2019s enduring values and a critical priority for us,\u201d said Chief Human Resources Officer Carey Martin. \u201cWe know that we can only succeed with a culture where everyone feels welcomed, heard, respected and valued, and where the diversity of our workforce represents that of our consumers.
