Laundry Owners Warehouse<\/a>, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., recently held its first-ever service school at the company’s headquarters, attracting 79 attendees – which included a mix of store owners, service professionals and potential investors.<\/p>\n

Those in attendance learned step-by-step service procedures and routine preventative maintenance tips from Dexter Laundry factory representatives, who conducted seminars on the manufacturer’s new vended C-Series washer and Express dryer lines.<\/p>\n

“We had a lot to prove, being the newest member of the Dexter family,” said company owner Joshua Prager. “The fantastic customer response is a major step toward proving our worth.” <\/p>\n

The service school featured a series of seminars presented by Dexter Laundry service technician Brad Millard, a 20-year industry veteran.<\/p>\n

“Every school brings its own nuances,” Millard explained. “What surprised me about this school was that the attendees included some veterans of the coin laundry business, a few of whom we have worked with in the past. Yet, despite their experience, they were eager to learn, and we hope we taught them something useful.” <\/p>\n

The idea behind the seminar, according to Prager, was to share useful information regarding Dexter’s line of products and how it can benefit self-service laundries, with special emphasis on Dexter’s new C-Series equipment. In addition, attendees learned tips for handling older Dexter machines, including how to troubleshoot the equipment.<\/p>\n

This event concluded with a Q&A session with the experts.<\/p>\n
