The laundry is open every day, except for Christmas Day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Staff<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three full-time attendants and four part-time employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Total Square Footage<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6,162 square feet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Parking Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are 35 parking spaces in a private lot. The store has two entrances \u2013 one from the rear parking area and one from the side parking area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lease or Own?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kodroff leases his store\u2019s location. The lease agreement is for 10 years, with three five-year options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Building<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The store was originally a Sizzler steakhouse, which was turned into a self-service laundry by a previous owner. However, the facility eventually devolved into a rundown laundromat.
