Western State Design<\/a>, headquartered in Hayward, Calif., will host free service seminars for vended laundry operators. Attendees will learn best practices for optimal operation and maintenance of Dexter Laundry<\/a> equipment.<\/p>\n

The training sessions \u2013 scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. \u2013 will be conducted by Dexter Laundry factory representatives and WSD staff members. These service schools require pre-registration and include complimentary continental breakfast and lunch. They will take place at WSD\u2019s California offices as follows:<\/p>\n

These comprehensive workshops will include instruction on the full line of Dexter Laundry equipment to maximize performance, improve customer experience and increase revenue. The sessions will cover the Dexter C-Series line of coin-operated washers and dryers, including programming tips for the DexterLive smart controls to maximize efficiency.<\/p>\n

The seminars also will include instruction on the installation and use of other Dexter Laundry equipment, including Dexter Stack Washer Dryers. In addition, the instructors will offer tips on preventative maintenance to avoid downtime, as well as tips for troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. Attendees will be able to purchase Dexter parts at a 10 percent discount on the day of the service school.<\/p>\n
