EVI Industries Inc.<\/a>, headquartered in Miami, has executed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Eastern Laundry Systems<\/a>, a laundry equipment distributor based in Taunton, Mass.<\/p>\n

This acquisition is consistent with EVI\u2019s strategy \u201cto build the largest and most dynamic sales and service team in each geographic market\u201d to help promote the company\u2019s growing portfolio of products and to expand its service operations, according to the company.<\/p>\n
