Super Laundry recently hosted its annual open house at the company’s offices in King of Prussia, Pa., which is a suburb of Philadelphia. The show was well attended by area laundry owners, with some attendees coming from as far away as New York.
A number of leading industry manufacturers and organizations were represented at the open house – including Speed Queen, ESD, Alliance Finance, NATCO, Eastern Funding, Vend-Rite Manufacturing, Standard Change-Makers, EASYPAY, the Coin Laundry Association and the Delaware Valley Coin Laundry Association. In addition, each of these vendors had personnel on hand to help answer any questions attendees may have had regarding the products or the industry in general.
Also during the show, Eastern Funding’s Brian Grell gave a passionate presentation about the dangers of “Zombie Laundromats,” while CLA Chief Operating Officer Michael Sokolowski discussed several ways to make a self-service laundry business more profitable.
As always, the open house provided several opportunities for attendees to network with successful laundry operators and other industry experts, as well as great food and a number of valuable door prizes, which were donated by Speed Queen, Eastern Funding, ESD, Super Laundry and the CLA.
Super Laundry’s next event will be a Speed Queen service school, which is scheduled for September 27. For details, contact Bob Eisenberg at [email protected].
