Wash Broker to Serve Chicago-Area Vended Laundry Market
Laundry and real estate industry veterans Robert Renteria and Joe Hollendonner recently announced that they’ve joined forces to create Wash Broker, Ltd., a laundry brokerage service based in the Chicago area.
Hollendonner has been actively involved with investment real estate for more than 25 years and has experience in the areas of rehabbing, leasing and property management. Shortly after the recent housing bubble, he pioneered a cutting-edge program designed to assist homeowners associations in improving cash flow through the rehabbing, leasing and management of vacant foreclosure homes throughout the Chicagoland area.
He currently is an active real estate investor himself and personally manages a portfolio of rental homes in the western suburbs of Chicago.
Renteria began his career in the laundry industry in 1990 as a salesman, eventually becoming the national and international executive vice president for Mac-Gray from 1997 to 2001. He later started his own laundry distribution business in the Chicago-area market.
Renteria also is an award-winning author who has developed a comprehensive bilingual book series and program – “From the Barrio to the Board Room,” “Mi Barrio”and “Little Barrio.” This series and its message are now being taught to students in classrooms across the U.S., as well as in 24 other countries.
