Alliance Laundry Systems has acquired the distribution assets of Statewide Machinery Inc., based in Batavia, N.Y.
“As a family-owned company, Statewide Machinery has built a reputation for providing customers with value that extends well beyond the premier equipment brands they sell, and into excellent care well after the sale,” said Craig Dakauskas, senior vice president, Americas Commercial at Alliance Laundry Systems. “That shows in the volume of their loyal repeat customers.”
While maintaining its Batavia office, Statewide will become part of Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution’s East Region.
Since its founding in 1954, Statewide Machinery has served the laundromat, on-premises laundry, and multi-housing laundry industries in northern Pennsylvania and New York’s Hudson Valley, including the Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, and Albany markets.
“The entire Statewide organization has a passion for serving its customers,” noted Statewide President Jen Houseknecht. “And now, as a part of Alliance Laundry Systems, we will take it to the next level.”
