American Changer Corp., headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., has finalized an asset purchase agreement with Rowe Bill Changers, LLC, a manufacturer of self-serve money changers for the coin laundry industry, as well as the carwash, amusement and vending markets. The acquisition unites two well-known brands.
Products and parts for Rowe changers will continue to be sold under the Rowe trade name and trademark. Moving forward, all Rowe products and services will be provided through American Changer’s manufacturing and corporate center in Ft. Lauderdale.
