American Changer Corp. has finalized an asset purchase agreement with Triad Design Group Inc., a manufacturer of self-service money changers serving a variety of industries.
Triad’s culture of providing high-quality products and services, as well as developing long-term relationships with customers, supports American Changer’s continued growth plan and accelerates innovative product development, according to American Changer. This agreement will enable customers to benefit from increased resources and shared knowledge, the company stated.
Products and parts for Triad changers will continue to be sold under the Triad trade name. In addition, Triad’s principal owner, Chuck White, will join the American Changer team as the company’s national accounts manager. In his new role, White will focus on several projects, including ensuring relationship continuity with Triad customers, sales growth in new and existing markets, and product development.
Products and services will be provided from American Changer’s manufacturing and corporate center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The absorption of Triad’s product line into American Changer’s portfolio will be supported by the American Changer staff.
This acquisition essentially unites three of the most well-known brands of money changers in the world – Triad, Rowe and American Changer.
