The Building
In & Out Laundromat was built from the ground up. The construction process took approximately 10 months, from finding and securing the location to opening the doors. The cost of this project, including laundry equipment, was $500,000.
Marketplace Demographics
The store is located in an extremely diverse section of the city, with a large number of Hispanic, Caucasian, African-American and Asian customers, according to Jack Lanning.
Competition
Currently, there are three competing self-service laundries within In & Out’s marketplace.
