Laundry business management provider Cents recently announced that it has been named the inaugural booking provider for the laundry industry on Reserve with Google.
Reserve with Google offers industries like restaurants, salons, and contractors the ability to book directly through Google. And Cents has been chosen to bring this “seamless integration to laundromats, drycleaners, and beyond. This new capability will empower operators to win more business through an optimized online ordering experience,” according to the company.
With the Reserve with Google integration, customers searching for laundry services on Google Search and Maps can easily locate businesses utilizing the Cents platform. A “Book Online” button directs them to a dedicated booking page, enabling them to promptly place their orders.
Through the synergy of Cents and the Reserve with Google integration, laundry businesses can enhance their visibility on the Google platform, all while efficiently managing bookings through the centralized Cents OS dashboard.
“This is a true game-changer in the world of online ordering and digital presence optimization,” said Pablo Marvel, director of business development at Cents. “Restaurants, barbershops, spas, and other small-business owners have all been benefitting from these kinds of integrations, and the team at Cents is incredibly proud to be the first and only platform to bring the power of Reserve with Google to the laundry industry.”
Traditionally, boosting brand visibility in search results required significant investment in advertising. However, by integrating their scheduling accounts with Reserve with Google, businesses can experience substantial growth without the associated costs, Cents stated.
Currently, there are no fees for integrating Reserve with Google with your scheduler, nor for customers utilizing this feature to make bookings.
“So much of our online traffic comes from Google, and we’ve been driving more pickup-and-delivery orders on our website,” shared Ariana Rovello, owner of Laundré in San Francisco. “Now, with the orders coming straight from the Google Search page, the impact is immediate. We can give users an experience they are familiar with, and leverage the unity of Google and Cents.”
In addition to this no-cost integration, the synergy between the two platforms increases the likelihood of discovery through local Google searches and of attracting new customers.
