Continental Girbau West and Elite Business Investments will co-host a Pre-Clean Preview Open House on Saturday, May 4, at CG West’s headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. The event – scheduled for 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – is open to all southern California vended laundry owners and investors and is $25, including lunch.
This pre-Clean event will feature giveaways, special pricing and expert presentations.
“We will showcase new equipment and technologies, as well as offer big parts specials, live demonstrations and huge rebates on Continental vended laundry equipment,” said Tod Sorensen, CG West vice president. “We’ll also launch one-day-only promotional pricing on Continental and LG vended washers and dryers.”
Elite will also offer a 2 percent discount off its normal 10 percent fee for listing laundries for sale, according to Carol Dang, vice president of sales and marketing at Elite Business Investments.
In addition, laundry gurus Art Jaeger, a multi-laundry owner in Santa Clarita, Calif., and Brian Grell of Eastern Funding, will present “Just Because You Build It Doesn’t Mean They’ll Come: A Journey to Recovery,” and “Zombiemats,” respectively.
