More than 35 self-service laundry owners and technicians attended Continental Girbau West’s recent vended laundry service school, which gave an overview of Continental’s vended product line.
“By attending these classes, owners and store managers are better able to keep the equipment running at peak performance, allowing for greater efficiency, lower utilities and greater profit,” said CG West Vice President Tod Sorensen.
The service school – held at the company’s headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. – detailed the routine maintenance, programming and troubleshooting of Continental vended laundry equipment.
“We focused on how to configure and program ExpressWash freestanding washer-extractors and G-Flex hard-mount washers equipped with the ProfitPlus Control,” Sorensen added.
Each participant received copies of a preventative maintenance schedule, as well as programming and diagnostics training.
