SH headshotCLA, formerly the Coin Laundry Association, has named Suzanne Henn, CAE, to the newly created position of member engagement manager.

In her new position, Henn is responsible for driving growth in membership, enhancing engagement of new and existing members, and strengthening relationships with industry stakeholders.

“We are very excited to have Suzanne join our team,” said CLA Executive Vice President Danielle Bauer. “With her years of experience at other associations in membership recruitment and engagement, she was the ideal candidate for this newly created membership role at CLA. We look forward to her contributions and innovative ideas to grow and engage members in the association.”

Previously, Henn held managerial positions with the Technology and Manufacturing Association; the American Academy of Neurology; and Million Dollar Roundtable, a global organization for insurance advisors and financial planners. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and an MBA in operations management from DePaul University.

“I’m thrilled to join the dynamic CLA team and collaborate with industry members and stakeholders,” Henn explained. “My focus will be on enhancing engagement with our resources and communities. The CLA staff brings a wealth of collective knowledge and strong relationships across all industry facets. I’m eager to promote these valuable resources to both current and prospective members, whether they are new or seasoned in the industry.”
