Pride Laundry Owner Mark Goodman to Join CSC Senior Management Team

CSC ServiceWorks, a provider of multi-family housing and commercial laundry solutions, and Pride Laundry Systems, a laundry distributor based in North Hills, Calif., have announced that the two companies have merged. As part of the deal, Pride Laundry owner Mark Goodman will join CSC.

“The addition of Pride to the CSC family of companies is a milestone for many reasons,” said CSC ServiceWorks CEO Robert M. Doyle. “It is an important step in the continuation of our growth strategy and improves our expertise through the addition of a high-quality team. Furthermore, I am particularly excited that Mark Goodman will bring his vast experience and unparalleled reputation to the organization. He will join the team in a senior management role to further build out our on premise laundry division on a national basis.”

“We are very pleased and excited to join the CSC family,” Goodman noted. “Pride Laundry has worked very hard to reach the level of success we have within the southern California market. This merger is recognition of that success. We are very excited to be a part of the future of our industry’s premier organization.”

CSC ServiceWorks currently has more than 1.4 million machines in service. The company’s family of businesses includes Coinmach Corp., ASI Campus Laundry Solutions, SDI Laundry Solutions, Sparkle Solutions Corp., Appliance Warehouse of America, AIR-serv, AirValet, Mac-Gray and Super Laundry.
