Curbside Laundries is now offering tours of its own Super Suds laundromat in Long Beach, Calif., to store owners who use the company’s software.
Super Suds is a laundromat business owned by the founders of Curbside Laundries.
The tour provides an opportunity for laundry owners to learn more about the wash-dry-fold process, including time with launderers and drivers to witness the laundry pickup-and-delivery process in person. This firsthand experience can provide valuable insights and tips for laundry owners looking to improve their business operations, as well as offering a better understanding of the growth potential within the PUD sector.
“One of the benefits of going with Curbside was that they let me visit their laundromat, which has a fully operational fluff-and-fold and pickup-and-delivery business,” said Jeff Posner of Crown Laundry. “It was very eye-opening for me. The business operations tour helped me learn what I needed to get, what I needed to do, and what the expectations of the business are. It was invaluable to see a successful business running and also to talk to experts that have been doing this for years.”
“I came out to Super Suds because the team has been very friendly, welcoming, and helpful,” explained Andrea from Let’s Talk Dirty Laundry. “I’m learning how they use the Curbside software to do pickup and delivery, folding, and binning. The wash-and-fold business used to be ad-hoc and was not scalable. Now, with Curbside Laundries, pickup and delivery is growing every week. Every week, we get at least one new person.”
Curbside customers can sign up for the Super Suds tour by contacting Curbside Laundries directly.
