Dexter Laundry recently announced the graduation of its spring Sales Academy class from the company’s newly revamped Dexter University training program.
The class was comprised of Dexter-authorized distributor sales representatives from around the world, totaling more than 400 years of experience in the commercial laundry industry. Despite their knowledge and expertise, these professional salespeople dedicated a week of their time to attend Dexter University.
The curriculum was designed to improve each individual’s skills at representing the Dexter product line in the vended laundry and OPL segments of the industry, with courses ranging from best selling practices to laundry room design. The program also offered students the opportunity to spend time in Dexter’s test lab and its factory.
Dexter University will host a Service Academy this summer, as well as another Sales Academy later this year.
