EVI Industries Inc. has completed the previously announced acquisitions of K&B Laundry Service LLC, Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and Aldrich Clean-Tech Equipment Corp., Worcester, Mass.
K&B is a provider of installation and maintenance services to the industrial and on-premises laundry segments of the commercial laundry industry across the southeastern region of the United States, while Aldrich is a distributor of commercial laundry products and a provider of related installation and maintenance services to commercial laundry customers in the Northeast.
