Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest has named Alexandria Messom as manager, customer success. Messom previously served as team lead, customer onboarding at custom sports apparel provider, SquadLocker.

“Our customers’ happiness is of utmost importance, as they trust HappyNest with the care of their personal laundry and rely on us to get it done accurately and quickly,” said Kyle Ricci, director of customer experience at HappyNest. “As part of our focused efforts to provide the best customer service in the industry, we are thrilled to welcome Alexandria, who is a seasoned customer service professional with years of experience implementing strategy, improving processes and managing staff.”

Prior to SquadLocker, Messom was a senior customer service representative at online print and design company Moo for three years. She also worked in member services for National DCP, a $2 billion purchasing cooperative serving the franchisees of Dunkin’ Donuts.
