Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest recently announced that its offerings are now available in Tacoma, Wash., through the company’s new laundromat partner, Legacy Laundry. Located in Puyallup, Legacy Laundry was established in 2012 and serves pickup-and-delivery customers throughout Pierce County, including such towns as Vaughn, University Place, Lakewood and Sumner.

HappyNest first entered Washington state in May with availability in the Battle Ground and Vancouver markets. In June, the company expanded its services into Oregon, within the Portland area.

“HappyNest continues to respond to the demand for pickup-and-delivery laundry services in the Northwest, signing new laundromat partners that are eco-friendly, reliable and looking to grow,” said John MacKrell, CEO and founder of HappyNest. “We expect Legacy Laundry will enjoy a successful pickup-and-delivery laundry business.”

Legacy Laundry is a multi-race, multi-gender, family-owned business based in the South Puget Sound region of Washington state.

“It was time to extend our wash-and-fold service to pickup and delivery to further ease the burden and time constraints on families, and HappyNest makes it easy for laundromats as well as customers,” said Michael Welker, owner of Legacy Laundry. “With nearly a decade of experience in the laundry business, along with support from HappyNest, we look forward to building a successful pickup-and-delivery laundry clientele.”

HappyNest is now available in 26 states and Washington, D.C.
