Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest has expanded into the Daytona Beach, Fla., market.
“We have made a concerted effort to find the best partners on the east coast of Florida, and we continue that trend with our new partner, Mykal Tairu,” said HappyNest founder John MacKrell. “With the addition of the Daytona Beach area, we are covering virtually the entire east coast of Florida, which allows us to blanket the area with HappyNest marketing, branding and advertising.”
Tairu, the owner of Midtown Laundry Services in Daytona Beach, has been in the laundry industry for four years, operating a small social enterprise for commercial and drop-off service, which provides job opportunities for those formerly incarcerated.
“I’ve had success in the commercial laundry delivery space since I started and planned on expanding into the residential market when the time was right,” he explained. “Fortunately, the time is now and HappyNest helped me realize that partnering with them is a great opportunity for everyone. After speaking to the HappyNest folks a few times, I was convinced the market is ripe for this type of service – and they provide the tools on the backend to allow me to focus on what I know best, laundry production and great customer service.”
Tairu’s customers can now schedule pickup and delivery service with HappyNest throughout the greater Daytona Beach area.
