Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest recently announced its further expansion into the Atlanta market.
“We have seen early success in the Atlanta market, so this was the perfect time to bring in Miguel Beckles and his team to service the area north of Atlanta,” said HappyNest founder John MacKrell. “With the addition of the Splash Laundromat team, we will be covering nearly every major zip code in the metro Atlanta market, allowing us to go farther and wider in our marketing efforts to attract pickup-and-delivery customers.”
Beckles, who has been in the laundry industry for five years, owns and operates three stores under the Splash Laundromat and 24/7 Laundromat brands in Cobb and Fulton counties, with a fourth location on the way. He and his team will service both counties in northwest and northeast Atlanta, along with areas in Morgan County.
“I’ve been interested in starting pickup and delivery for some time and was planning on beginning with my new store in Roswell,” Beckles explained. “However, after several planning conversations with the HappyNest team and given my excitement about the opportunity, I was anxious to launch and begin this journey.
“There have been other full-service laundry businesses in the area that haven’t survived for one reason or another, but they didn’t have the support and knowledge the HappyNest team provides. I think that will be the game-changer for us.”
