Laundry Owners Warehouse held its first-ever open house on October 13 at the company’s headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
“Unexpectedly, the event turned into a CEO summit, as top multi-store owners from across the country and around the world enlightened the event, making it a brilliant success,” said owner Joshua Prager.
Equipment was the hottest topic of the day, as laundry owners discussed Dexter’s line of products in detail, focusing on how to achieve greater performance, efficiency and, in the end, financial success.
In addition, store owner and online forum guru Paul “Paulie B” Russo shared several tricks of the trade, providing a crowded room of eager laundry owners with solutions to common issues faced by many of today’s operators.
“I would like to congratulate Joshua Prager and his team for hosting a successful event,” said store owner and 40-year industry veteran Virgil Simpson. “Some of the biggest names in the coin laundry industry came out to support the event, and there were many interesting discussions throughout the day – each of them with an actionable idea.”
All in all, leading laundry owners from nine states, four countries and three continents were on hand for this inaugural event.
“We are thankful for all of the people who attended the open house and benefitted from our passion and comprehensive knowledge about the industry,” Prager added. “The event was a success due to your overwhelming support, and we are already working on the next one.”
