More Than 250 Laundry Owners Attended the Educational Events
PWS recently held service schools at all three of its California offices, which are based in Los Angeles, Redwood City and San Diego.
More than 250 laundry owners attended these educational events, which provided free training on how to maintain and repair Speed Queen washers and dryers. The classes were taught by PWS service technicians with more than 60 years of combined industry experience. What’s more, attendees were served breakfast and lunch, and received a 10 percent discount on any parts purchases.
This quarterly service school program is part of the company’s “Customer First”campaign, which is designed to provide laundry operators with as much information as possible to help them boost their bottom lines. In addition to free service schools, PWS provides its customers with more than 20,000 free parts manuals on its website (pwslaundry.com), which enable store owners to self-diagnose repairs.
PWS’ next service schools are scheduled for September 19 in Redwood City, September 25 in San Diego and September 26 in Los Angeles.
