After the dust had settled from PWS‘ recent spring sales events, all-time attendance records had fallen – with more than 750 attendees at California shows in Redwood City, San Diego and South Gate.
Much of the excitement revolved around show specials, which were offered on Speed Queen equipment, as well as parts from all of the major industry manufacturers. In addition, that positive energy was magnified thanks to the grand opening of PWS’ new corporate headquarters in South Gate.
“In my 30 years at PWS, I have never seen so many people at a spring sale,” said PWS Co-President Brad Pollack. “People were thrilled at the discounts on equipment and parts, and seemed so pleased with our new office space.”
The new South Gate facility is located in an historic building and features a greatly expanded parts warehouse. Additionally, the building contains a fully functioning 3,400-square-foot laundromat, which will open in July and serve as a state-of-the-art showroom and testing facility.
“It was so great to see customers in good spirits and truly enjoying the new facility,” Pollack continued. “We have such pride properly serving our customers, and we believe the investments we have made in our employees and our offices will continue to make PWS the clear leader in the commercial laundry industry.”
PWS’ next events will be full-day service schools, which will be held on June 18 at all three of the company’s California offices. To register, visit: pwslaundrywest.com.
