The Southwest Drycleaners Association recently announced that conference registration and housing is now open for Cleaners Showcase 2023, which will be held April 28-30 in Irving, Texas.
Registration is free for Coin Laundry Association members, while non-members are welcome for $50 pre-registered or $100 at the door. For more information, visit www.cleanersshowcase.com.
“We are thrilled to host the only dryclean and laundry equipment show in the United States this year,” said Showcase Chair Amin Bata. “Along with a trade show, our speaker lineup and live demonstrations provide something for everyone.”
The event’s keynote speaker will be multi-generational labor expert Jeff Butler, a TEDx speaker on workplace dynamics issues who has addressed more than 100 organizations – including Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Wells Fargo. Butler will present “Winning the Talent War.”
Other scheduled speakers will include Andrew Gibson, president and CEO of Tide Services; Dave Coyle of Maverick Drycleaners; Kermit Engh with Methods for Management; and James Peuster and Jen Whitmarsh of The Route Pros.
The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas will serve as the event’s host hotel and will offer special rates for convention attendees.
In addition, CLA will host a Connect LIVE event on the evening of April 28, in conjunction with the Showcase. The main purpose of this event is to provide laundry professionals with an opportunity to network and share ideas with each other over dinner at a local restaurant.
