Setomatic Systems Inc.–SpyderWash has promoted Gregg Schantz to president.
Gregg, who is the third generation to enter the family business, has been with the company for more than a decade. During his tenure, he has worked in all aspects of the business and was vital in the successful certification and deployment of its newest product, SpyderWash EMV, throughout the United States.
With this promotion, Michael Schantz, who has led Setomatic for more than 40 years, will transition into the role of CEO.
“Gregg has been essential in the growth of Setomatic Systems-SpyderWash over the last 10-plus years,” Michael Schantz said. “His extensive knowledge and technical abilities have been critical in the development and implementation of new products at our company. In addition, his management and communication skills have enabled the Setomatic team to work cohesively together to meet all of our customers’ needs.”
