Digital marketing company Spynr Inc. has launched an educational campaign designed to help laundry owners understand the importance of their online presence. Dubbed “Where’s Lauren,” the campaign follows the online journey of a store operator’s perfect customer (Lauren) as she discovers and becomes a customer of the business. The goal is to explain how to position such a business online for best results.
“We want to try to reach laundry owners and show them the significant ways that digital marketing can help improve their business,” explained Spynr CEO Dennis Diaz. “Hard data tells us that the industry has been moving toward the digital frontier for some time, but not everyone is there yet. We’re excited to be able to offer our help with no strings attached and even throw in a fun prize for someone at the end.”
The “Where’s Lauren” campaign will conclude this June at the Clean Show in Las Vegas, as participants will be able to enjoy a gamified version of Lauren’s own journey during the event. Leaked clues will lead participants to Lauren cards, which will double as raffle tickets.
