Gr8 Laundry in College Station, Texas, has teamed up with Hope’s Locker, an organization that helps homeless children within the area, to host a coat and blanket drive.

“For us to be able to reach out and help however we can makes us feel good with what little bit we can do,” explained store manager Jaci Jennings. “We’ll hold the drive throughout most of December. People can donate coats and blankets, and the items don’t need to be clean. We will launder them ourselves and wrap them up to give out to those in need.

“We just want to make sure nobody in the Bryan-College Station area is cold this winter. We just like to do what we can for the community.”
