Wash-Dry-Fold POS has named Chelsea Ramsey as the company’s customer success manager. Most recently, Ramsey managed eight locations within the Splash ’Em Out Coin Laundry chain in Kentucky.
“Not only had she already taught dozens of laundromat attendants how to use our systems, but she had even recorded training videos of our product to help train her team,” said Brian Henderson, founder of Wash-Dry-Fold POS. “It showed initiative and a passion for helping others.”
“With a knack for technology, Chelsea was looking for remote work that would allow more time with her son,” explained company co-founder Ian Gollahon. “She asked if there was anything she could do to help us. Even though it wasn’t publicly posted, we were already conducting interviews for a support position, so the timing was perfect.”
One of Ramsey’s first setup and training sessions was with Super Wash Laundry owner Chris Balestracci, who later reached out to Wash-Dry-Fold POS to say: “After my training session with Chelsea, I love your system even more.”
“I really care about the businesses we serve,” Ramsey noted. “I love my job.”
