App-Based Laundry Service Will Plant a Tree for Every Customer Order Received in April

In honor of Earth Day on April 22, WashClub NYC has announced that it will plant a tree for every customer order received this month.

“We are an Earth-conscious company that believes strongly in protecting the environment,” said WashClub President Rick Rome, who explained that his company uses a specific blend of eco-friendly and organic laundry solutions for both wash-dry-fold and drycleaning services.

WashClub has partnered with the Nature Conservancy’s “Plant a Billion”tree project, which is rejuvenating iconic forests in key locations throughout the United States.

Rome and his partner Henri Alexaline founded WashClub in Sunset Park, Brooklyn in 2010. The tech-based laundry pickup and delivery service has more than 10,000 customers in New York City and the surrounding areas.
