WashClub, an on-demand laundry and drycleaning service based in New York City, has announced an exclusive partnership with Tweeds Dry Cleaning in Philadelphia. The joint venture – WashClub powered by Tweeds – is owned and operated by long-time Philadelphia resident Paul King.
Whether using the WashClub mobile app or booking through the company’s Philadelphia website – WashClubPhilly.com – the city’s consumers and businesses can request a pickup in any location anywhere within the city limits.
“This partnership with Tweeds Dry Cleaning not only allows us to reach even more consumers and laundry-intensive businesses in the U.S, but also supports Philadelphia’s local community,” said Rick Rome, founder and president of WashClub. “Philadelphia is rich in history, and home to top universities and busy professionals who will benefit from a high-tech app to save time and money on their daily laundry chores. Following this exciting new launch, we will be continuing our domestic expansion in the coming months and are already planning our international expansion as well.”
“I have always admired WashClub as a leader in the laundry space, so I couldn’t be more excited about this partnership,” King explained. “The company has become a must for busy professionals and businesses across the country, and I’m delighted to be part of the company’s growing momentum. This partnership also is wonderful for the local Philadelphia community, as it will help create jobs and boost the local economy. Both WashClub and Tweeds are committed to helping Philadelphia residents achieve peace of mind by providing excellent quality service to everyone in the area.”
WashClub currently licenses its exclusive software to brick-and-mortar operators across the U.S. By licensing WashClub’s software, WashClubTrak, these entrepreneurs are able to offer laundry and drycleaning services to their customers via WashClub or their own branded concept.
WashClub is now available in 32 cities, 16 states and four New York City boroughs.
