In its North America service area, Alliance Laundry Systems has created the position of quality assurance specialist – with industry veterans Tony Berton and Scott Demotts taking on those roles focused on large-chassis and small-chassis products, respectively.
Berton has been with the company for 25 years, and Demotts has been in the appliance industry for 30 years.
These new roles were developed “to improve the connectivity and communication between customers and critical functions within Alliance,” according to the company. Berton and Demotts will collect and analyze feedback from customers, enhancing efforts to improve product quality.
