Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest recently expanded into Florida’s Broward County market.

Gopie, who has been in the laundry industry for nearly three years, owns and operates three Family Laundry locations in Broward County and runs a successful commercial laundry pickup-and-delivery service in the area called Coastal Commercial Laundry.
“I had been interested in expanding into the residential pickup-and-delivery arena, but I wasn’t sure I was ready or if the market was right,” Gopie explained. “After meeting with Stacey a couple of times and understanding what she was getting into with HappyNest, it seemed like a no-brainer, especially when she said she signed up 32 new customers in one month.
“My team could keep doing the work we were good at, which is laundry, and John and his team would take care of all of the backend pieces we weren’t so good at – such as digital marketing, customer acquisition and built-in customer referral programs. They even pay for my van for me.”
Family Laundry and Coastal Commercial customers now can schedule pickup-and-delivery service with HappyNest throughout the greater Broward County area.
