After 32 years of providing electronic controls repair and small parts service to the vended laundry and OPL industries, ALJCO, based in El Segundo, Calif., has been named an authorized distributor of Maytag/Whirlpool commercial laundry equipment and parts for the Southern California region.
In addition, the company recently was named an authorized distributor for ESD card systems and Hamilton Manufacturing vendor and point-of-sale systems.
ALJCO’s move into distribution is an opportunity for the company to become a full-service distributorship within the laundry industry. To this end, ALJCO also has partnered with several service technicians to facilitate equipment installations and other services.
The company will host an open house and service school on October 1 at its headquarters in El Segundo.
