Alliance_Color_CMYKAlliance Laundry Systems and United Steelworkers Local 1327 have reached agreement on a new contract, which went into effect January 1, 2022.

The new five-year agreement covers 1,750 hourly team members at the Ripon and Manitowoc, Wis., locations. It guarantees 2.5 percent wage increases each year for the length of the contract, as well as cost of living adjustments. Team members also will see enhanced vacation and health and wellness benefits.

“Our members work hard to make a quality product,” said Jim Reinsbach, president of USW Local 1327. “This contract recognizes that hard work and ensures our members will continue to earn the wages and benefits that are so important to them and their families.”

“We appreciate the partnership of USW as we work together to ensure our team members have the resources they need for success,” stated Brad Nye, Alliance Laundry Systems’ vice president of Operations – North America. “Alliance continues to be a top-paying employer in this marketplace, and we are looking forward to this team’s continued success.”
