The Coin Laundry Association has named Katherine Hastings the organization’s administrative and membership coordinator.
Hastings, who joined CLA in 1997, is the association’s longest-standing employee, other than President/CEO Brian Wallace. During her tenure, Katherine has been “the voice of CLA,” managing all incoming phone calls and providing excellent service to its members. In her new role, she will continue to serve as the first point of contact for CLA and will contribute to the group’s strategic goal of growing membership and enhancing the member experience.
“Katherine has proven her value to CLA and deserves recognition for the service she provides to members and the support she offers her coworkers,” said Danielle Bauer, director of membership and education for CLA. “She is a team player and is always willing to go the extra mile to support our members. I am excited to have her on the membership team to further our strategic goals at CLA.”
