Each year, CLA and its flagship magazine, PlanetLaundry, publish an industry survey of laundromat owners nationwide. The purpose of the survey is to compose a profile of today’s self-service laundries in the United States, and includes key data on net profits, employee salaries, utility costs and more. We have added in an option for those that do WDF/PUD only.
Compiled by Readex Research, the survey will be sent to all PlanetLaundry subscribers. Your participation will be critically important to the accuracy and usefulness of the survey results. Even if you do not currently operate a laundromat, we need to know that, too. Your answers will be kept confidential in accordance with Readex’s Privacy Policy.
Those that complete the survey will be entered into a raffle for one of three $100 VISA gift cards. The 2025 survey results will be published by July and will be available for download on CLA’s website.
