Laundromat point-of-sale system provider CleanCloud has introduced Automated Flows – a built-in marketing tool to help laundromat owners run targeted, multi-step campaigns without additional software costs.
With Automated Flows, store owners can set up multi-step drip campaigns that automatically adjust to customer behavior. Whether it’s encouraging first-time customers to return, offering incentives to repeat visitors, or reminding inactive customers to come back, laundry operators can tailor their marketing efforts to achieve the most value from every customer.
Rather than spending hours manually sending emails or texts, owners can now set up campaigns just once and let CleanCloud handle the rest – ensuring the right messages go out at the right time, without extra effort.
Dedicated marketing software can cost laundromat owners several hundred dollars per month. However, with CleanCloud’s built-in automation, they can save money and simplify their operations by running customer engagement campaigns directly from their POS system. In fact, one CleanCloud customer has already cancelled his monthly marketing software subscription in favor of CleanCloud’s new marketing offering, saving his business $450 a month in subscription fees.
