Commercial and Coin Laundry Equipment Co., headquartered in Gulf Breeze, Fla., has promoted Greg Reese to the position of sales manager. Reese has been with the company since 1997.
“Greg has been an asset to the CLEC sales organization since he started,” said Craig Dakauskas, president of CLEC. “With our significant growth and acquisitions, we expect that Greg’s impact will be amplified in building and supporting the entire sales staff.”
Reese has served both the vended laundry and on-premises laundry markets in southern Alabama and the southern portion of Mississippi. He has helped dozens of new investors build their first laundries.
“Greg’s track record of success, industry knowledge and communication skills have made him a trusted laundry industry resource in his territory,” Dakauskas added.
In his new role, Reese will be responsible for directing the CLEC sales team in expanding its presence in existing markets, while also uncovering new opportunities.
“I am looking forward to making a positive impact on Commercial & Coin Laundry’s overall business for many years to come,” Reese said. “The first 20 years have been quite rewarding, watching the company expand its leadership position into other markets behind respected brands like Speed Queen and UniMac.”
Established in 1982, CLEC boasts a staff of more than 25 employees, as well as expansive equipment and parts inventories. The company also recently purchased Delta Laundry Equipment in Greenwood, Miss., which distributes Speed Queen coin laundry equipment throughout the state of Mississippi.
